After a catastrophic fire season, quickly followed by the COVID-19 pandemic, small businesses in Sussex Inlet and regional NSW are looking forward to welcoming you back.

At Laguna Lodge our number one priority is the health and safety of our guests. In our park, increased cleaning and hygiene practices have been implemented. We want you to know that we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. The usual “Covid” practices of social distancing (1.5m) and the “1 person per 4sqm” indoor rule is applicable.

Booking an individual unit? 

If you are a couple, family or friends wanting to book 1 unit, the following rules apply:

family from same household can stay in one unit together

friends can only have 2 persons per unit (example: 4 friends coming for the weekend will have to book 2 units)

social distancing (1.5m) and the “1 person per 4sqm” applies inside outside

Are you a Group wanting all 6 or 8 units?

family from same household can stay in one unit together

We are implementing a non contact booking system to protect our guests.  To support our family business in these hard times, we would love for you to book direct online through this platform or call  Tracy on 0438 056 304 if you have difficulties.

As we are a family owned and operated business and we live on site, The health and well-being of our guests and family is our highest priority.  As a result of the COVID -19 outbreak, we require each guest to answer the following questions before arrival day. This form will be sent out with a copy of your invoice.

        1. Are you presenting any of the following symptoms relating to COVID - 19?

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath

        2. Have you recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with coronavirus to your knowledge?

        3. Have you recently travelled outside Australia in the last 2 weeks?

If you answer yes to any of these questions, then as a precautionary measure, you will be unable to visit Laguna Lodge today. We ask for your full support as we all have a shared responsibility to minimise the risk of exposure and protect our individual and collective health.
